PetroChina in Indonesia Offers Term Deal for Geragai Condensate

Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) --PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. offered to sell Indonesia’s Geragai condensate on a term basis this year, according to a copy of the tender document obtained by Bloomberg News.

PetroChina International Jabung is a Indonesia-based unit of China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPZ) Details of the offer are as follows:

Crude:      Geragai Condensate (Indonesia)
Quantity:   150,000-250,000 barrel cargoes
Term:       2012
Pricing:    ICP Geragai Condensate plus/minus a premium.
            Free-on-board basis (F.O.B.)
Port:       PetroChina Marine Terminal, Sumatra
Bids close: Jan. 10, 10 a.m. Jakarta time
