Australia Declares First Innings at 659-4 After Clarke Hits Unbeaten 329

Australia captain Michael Clarke declared his team’s first-innings at 659-4 after he made an unbeaten triple century and Mike Hussey scored 150 not out against India in Sydney. The home team leads by 468 runs.

Clarke was unbeaten on 329 when he made the declaration at drinks in the middle session on day three, the halfway point of the five-day match. It was the third highest individual total by an Australian in 135 years of elite Tests.
