EFSF Bonds Said to Yield About 45 Basis Points Over Swaps

The European Financial Stability Facility’s planned sale of 3 bilion euros of three-year bonds may be priced to yield about 45 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
