Serbia will invite offers later this month for an adviser to help the country prepare a tender for exploration and use of its shale oil reserves, Beta news agency reported, citing Mining and Environment Minister Oliver Dulic.

The adviser will help define terms under which Serbia will seek a strategic partner for the investment estimated at between 700 million euros ($912 million) and 800 million euros, the report quoted Dulic as saying.
