Passera Sold Shares in Intesa, Former CEO Writes in Corriere

Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (ISP)’s former Chief Executive Officer Corrado Passera sold all his shares in the Italian bank in recent days, he wrote in a letter published in Corriere della Sera.

Passera, now Italian Economic Development Minister, said he didn’t have any conflicts of interest after selling the shares, which he wasn’t obliged to do.
