German Two-Year Government Note Yield Declines to Record-Low 0.144 Percent

German government bonds opened higher, pushing the two-year note yield down two basis points to a record 0.144 percent at 7:03 a.m. London time.

The 10-year bond yield fell two basis points to 1.91 percent.
