Evraz Siberian Units Halt Operations on Quake, RIA Novosti Says

Evraz Plc’s mining units in Siberia suspended operations after an earthquake in the Tuva region, RIA Novosti reported, citing a company official it didn’t identify.

Evraz has evacuated workers from mines, the news service said, adding that the company’s steel mill is operating as normal. The magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck Tuva late yesterday, according to the government.
