MF Global Trustee Giddens Doesn’t Have Conflict, U.S. Judge Says

MF Global Inc. trustee James Giddens was found to have no significant conflict of interest after customers of the broker-dealer had raised questions about his ties to JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), according to the federal judge overseeing the bankruptcy of MF Global Holdings Ltd.
