STX OSV of Norway Wins Contract to Build LNG-Powered Vessel

STX OSV Holdings Ltd. (SOH) won a contract worth 200 million Norwegian krone ($33.6 million) to build a forage carrier for Eidsvaag AS.

The LNG-powered vessel will operate for Stavanger, Norway- based Skretting AS, and delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2013, Singapore-based STX OSV Holdings said today in a statement.
