Lagardere Sells Russian Radio Business for $162 Million

Lagardere SCA (MMB) sold its Russian radio business, Europa Media Group, to a group of private Russian investors for $162 million, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.

Europa Media Group generated revenue of 43 million euros ($56 million) in 2010, according to the statement.
