Treasuries Gain as U.S. Stock Futures Retreat on Ebb in ECB Loan Optimism

Treasuries rose as U.S. stock futures retreated while optimism faded about the European Central Bank’s plan to lend euro-area banks a record amount for three years. Benchmark 10-year notes yielded 1.90 percent in New York trading.
