Surgutneftegas Said to Offer Five ESPO Crude Cargoes in February

OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, is seeking to sell five 100,000 metric-ton cargoes of East Siberian Pacific Ocean pipeline crude, or ESPO, for loading in February, said three traders who participate in the market, declining to be identified because the information is confidential.

Details of the sales are as follows:

Crude:        ESPO (Russia)
Quantity:     Five 100,000-ton (or 730,000 bbl) cargoes
Loading:      Feb. 8-12, Feb. 11-15, Feb. 16-20, Feb. 23-27,
              and Feb. 27-Mar. 1
Port:         Kozmino, Russia
Bids due:     Dec. 22, 2:00 p.m. Moscow time
