Conergy Sued by Investors Over Disappointing Results, FTD Says

Conergy AG faces a legal test case at a Hamburg court in March, after 17 shareholders sued the company for 3.5 million euros ($4.6 million) because they were disappointed about its financial situation in 2007, the Financial Times Deutschland reported today, without saying where it obtained the information.
