Euro Near 11-Month Low Amid Rating Concern Before France, Spain Debt Sales

The euro weakened versus the dollar amid concern France may lose its AAA credit rating.

The 17-nation currency declined to as low as $1.3016 from $1.3046 on Dec. 16 in New York. It traded at 101.40 yen from 101.47.
