Viabahia Highway Operator Requests to Register as Public Company in Brazil

Viabahia Concessionaria de Rodovias SA, a Brazilian highway operator formed by Engevix Engenharia SA, Grupo Isolux Corsan SA and Grupo Encalso, filed a request to register as a public company, according to a posting on the website of the country’s securities regulator, CVM.
After becoming a public company, Viabahia can sell securities in Brazil, including shares and debt.
