Romania Reduces Pollution Tax on Cars by 25%, Mediafax Reports

Romania’s parliament lowered a pollution tax on cars by 25 percent, Mediafax reported, citing an Environment Ministry document.

The level of the tax depends on a car engine’s capacity, pollution level and age, according to the Bucharest-based news service.
