Eesti Energia Agrees 95 Million Euro Credit Deal With EIB

Eesti Energia AS, the biggest Baltic electricity utility, signed two credit lines with the European Investment Bank for a total 95 million euros ($124 million) to finance investments in Estonia.

The two debt agreements have a maximum term of 10 years, the Tallinn-based company said today in a regulatory statement.
