BP Completes Repairs at Central Azeri Oil Platform in Caspian

BP Plc finished planned maintenance at the Central Azeri oil platform in the Caspian Sea after closing it earlier this month, said Tamam Bayatli, a spokeswoman at the U.K. explorer’s office in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Oil output will resume in a few days, Bayatli said by phone today.

Central Azeri produced 209,200 barrels a day during the first nine months, according to a report on the website of BP, the operator of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli project.
