Zynga Inc., the largest developer of games for Facebook Inc.’s website, priced 100 million shares at $10 each in its initial public offering, said a person with knowledge of the IPO.
The San Francisco-based company had offered 100 million shares for $8.50 to $10 apiece, according to regulatory filings.
