ABB Invests $20 Million in California-Based Solar-Power Company

ABB Ltd. (ABBN) said it invested $20 million for a “substantial minority stake” in California-based solar-power company GreenVolts.

The investment was part of a $35 million financial round, the Swiss company said today in an e-mailed statement.
