TMST Trustee Seeks to Pursue Lawsuit Against JPMorgan, Citigroup

The trustee handling the former Thornburg Mortgage Inc. (THMRQ) bankruptcy asked a judge to let him pursue a lawsuit against banks including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) and Citigroup Inc.
