Qatar Said to Offer Five Cargoes of February Al-Shaheen Crude

Qatar International Petroleum Marketing Co. offered 3 million barrels of Al-Shaheen crude for February loading, said two traders who received a notice from the company, declining to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

Details of the offers are as follows:
