N.Z. Economy Will Grow 2.2% in 2012, NZIER Consensus Survey Says

New Zealand’s economic recovery will be slower than previously thought, according to the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research’s Consensus Forecasts survey. The economy will grow 2.2 percent in the year ending March 2012 and growth will then rise to 3 percent in 2013 and 2014, economists predicted in the e-mailed report.
