Pfizer Sues India’s Alembic Over Generic Pain-Drug Lyrica

Pfizer Inc. (PFE), the world’s largest drugmaker, sued India’s Alembic Ltd. (ALBC) in federal court in Delaware asking a judge to block generic sales of the pain drug Lyrica until a U.S. patent expires in 2018.
