Essar Said to Offer Up to 80,000 Tons of Fuel Oil for January

Essar Oil Ltd. (ESOIL), owner of India’s second-largest non-state-owned refinery, offered to sell as much as 80,000 metric tons of fuel oil for loading in January, said two traders who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak with the media.
