Honda Says Hybrids to Account for Half of Japan Sales

(Corrects to say domestic sales in story published Oct. 27.)

Honda Motor Co. expects hybrid cars to make up half of its total sales in Japan by the end of March 2012, Managing Officer Sho Minekawa said in Tokyo today.

Honda expects to sell 150,000 hybrid cars this year, he said.
