Fondiaria May Shift Strategic Assets to Draw Investors, MF Says

Fondiaria-SAI SpA (FSA), Italy’s second- biggest insurer, may transfer strategic holdings into a new company and sell stakes to investors to raise cash, MF reported.

The assets include stakes in Generali SpA, Mediobanca SpA (MB) and UniCredit SpA (UCG), the Italian newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.
