Bilfinger Seeks New Name, India Acquisitions, Handelsblatt Says

Bilfinger Berger SE, Germany’s second-largest builder, may change its name by the beginning of next year to reflect the company’s new focus on services, Handelsblatt said, citing an interview with Chief Executive Officer Roland Koch.

Bilfinger’s acquisition of India’s Neo Structo Construction Ltd. is the basis for further purchases in the country, Koch told the newspaper.
