Surgutneftegas Said to Offer 300,000 Tons of Urals Crude Oil

OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell 300,000 metric tons of December Urals crude for loading from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk, two traders who participate in the market said.

The cargoes are for loading from Dec. 11 to Dec. 16, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter. The tender closes tomorrow.
