Kansai Electric to Restart Kainan Thermal Unit, Kyodo Says

Kansai Electric Power Co. plans to restart the 450-megawatt No. 2 thermal power unit at its Kainan plant in Wakayama prefecture, Japan, by next summer to increase its electricity supply, Kyodo News reported, citing President Makoto Yagi at a press conference.
