Axa Plans to Sell Bluefin Employee-Benefits Unit, Telegraph Says

Axa SA (CS) plans to sell its employee benefits advisory unit, Bluefin, for more than 100 million pounds ($154 million), the Sunday Telegraph reported.

Aon Corp. (AON), Marsh & McLennan Cos., Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc (JLT) as well as a private equity firm are interested in purchasing the division, the newspaper said, without saying where it got the information.
