Pronova Biopharma Says German Court Rules in Favour on Post-MI

Pronova BioPharma (PRON) ASA said the German Federal Patent Court ruled in Pronova and Pfizer (PFE) Italia’s favor in the patent litigation involving German Patent No. EP 1 152 755 covering Post-MI use in Germany.
