Euro Disney Names Mark Stead as Finance Chief, Replacing Richart

Euro Disney SCA (EDL) said Mark Stead has been appointed chief financial officer of Euro Disney SAS .He replaces Greg Richart, who has been named a senior vice president of the Walt Disney Co. (DIS) Euro Disney commented in a statement on the Les Echos website.
