Sonepar Signs 500 Million-Euro Revolving Credit Agreement

Sonepar, a distributor of electrical appliances, signed a 500 million-euro ($676 million) credit line to replace existing facilities and fund its business, lenders said in a e-mailed statement.

Bank of America Corp. and BNP Paribas SA coordinated the five-year revolving credit that will replace a 340 million-euro portion of a facility signed in 2008, and a 300 million-euro credit line in 2004, according to the statement.
