Credit Agricole Said to Sell 3.1 Billion Baht of 4.42% Bonds

Credit Agricole SA (ACA) sold a 3.1 billion baht of four-year bonds yesterday that paid a coupon of 4.42 percent, a person familiar with the matter said, declining to be indentified because the details are private.

The French bank hired Krung Thai Bank Pcl (KTB) and TMB Bank Pcl (TMB) to manage the sale, according to a release on Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission.
