Meda Agrees to Buy Three Drugs From J&J for $110.5 Million

Meda AB (MEDAA) agreed to buy three over- the-counter drugs from a unit of Johnson & JOhnson (JNJ) for 82 million euros ($110.5 million).

The drugs have combined annual sales of 210 million kronor ($31 million), Solna, Sweden-based Meda said in a statement today.
