Crude Oil Declines for a Second Day in New York Amid Europe Debt Concern

Oil for December delivery declined for a second day.
Futures slid as much as 32 cents, or 0.3 percent, to $97.82 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. They were at $97.84 at 12:44 p.m. Singapore time.
West Texas Intermediate fell 85 cents percent, to settle at $98.14 a barrel yesterday.
