Atos to Expand Business in China and Latin America, FTD Reports

Atos plans to expand its business in China and Latin America with the help of SIS, which it recently acquired from Siemens AG (SIE), Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing Chief Executive Officer Thierry Breton.

The company entered a joint venture agreement last week with Chinese software maker Ufida and it is currently in the process of securing Atos’ first new large contracts, the newspaper said, citing Breton.
