German Stocks Decline: Benchmark DAX Index Falls 0.5% in Frankfurt Trading

German stocks declined, erasing earlier gains, as the benchmark DAX Index fell 0.5%.
The DAX slipped 30.81 to 6,024.80 at 10:30 a.m. in Frankfurt, reversing its earlier advance of as much as 1 percent. Volkswagen AG (VOW) and Deutsche Boerse were the biggest losers on the measure.
