Russia May End 2011 With Budget Surplus of 0.2% of GDP, RIA Says

Russia’s budget had a net surplus in the first 10 months and may end 2011 with a surplus of 0.1 percent to 0.2 percent of gross domestic product, RIA Novosti said, citing Deputy Finance Minister Tatiana Nesterenko.
