Banco Colpatria to Sell 80 Billion Pesos of Subordinated Debt
Banco Colpatria Multibanca Colpatria SA, a Colombian lender, plans to sell 80 billion pesos ($42 million) of inflation-linked subordinated bonds in the local market Nov. 10.
The lender will sell the securities due 2021 to yield as much as 5.25 percentage points above inflation, brokerage Alianza Valores, which is managing the sale, said in a note to clients today.
