Armenian Central Bank Leaves Benchmark Rate Unchanged at 8%

Armenia’s central bank left its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 8 percent, after lowering it in September from 8.5 percent, the bank’s spokesman, Hayk Kirakosyan, said today by e-mail from the capital, Yerevan.
