Swiss Inflation Turns Negative in October

Swiss inflation turned negative in October as prices of new and used cars fell.

Consumer prices decreased 0.1 percent from a year earlier after rising 0.5 percent in September, the Federal Statistics Office in Neuchatel said in an e-mailed statement today.
