OAO Gazprom lowered the coupon guidance on 15 billion rubles ($490 million) of bonds by 25 basis points to a range of 7 percent to 7.5 percent, according to Renaissance Capital.

The new guidance on the three-year bonds, which will be sold through the Russian gas producer’s Gazprom Capital vehicle, corresponds to a yield of 7.12 percent to 7.64 percent to a one- year put option, Renaissance Capital, one of the organizers, said in a statement. The unit is accepting bids today and tomorrow on the bonds.
