Zhouda to Invest 1.8 Billion Ringgit in Malaysia, Bernama Says

Zhouda Real Estate Group, a Chinese property developer, will invest 1.8 billion ringgit ($572 million) in Malaysia’s Iskandar economic zone, Bernama reported, citing Syed Mohamed Ibrahim, the development region’s chief executive officer.
The project is the biggest foreign investment in Iskandar to date and will be carried out by Zhouda subsidiary Qingdao Zhouyuan Investment Holdings, the national news service said.
