MF Global Model Couldn’t Withstand Stress, FSA’s Bailey Says

MF Global Holdings Ltd., the broker- dealer run by former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. co-chairman Jon Corzine, constructed a business model that couldn’t withstand financial stress, Andrew Bailey, director of banking supervision at the Financial Services Authority, said today.
