Juncker Says Greek Euro Exit Would Create Contagion Risks

Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said “terrible social consequences” for Greece would ensue if the country were to abandon the euro.

“It would also cause a lot of difficulties for us because it would create contagion risks,” Juncker said today on Luxembourg’s RTL radio.
