Euro Fluctuates as Turmoil Deepens in Europe, Greece Approaches Collapse

The euro fluctuated as Europe’s financial turmoil deepened, with Greece’s government approaching collapse. The 17-nation currency traded at $1.3781 in New York after gaining as much as 0.6 percent and falling as much as 0.7 percent.
