Brazil Farmland Prices Decline in Some Regions, Valor Reports

The price of farms covering an area greater than 3,000 hectares declined 10 percent to 15 percent from a year earlier in certain areas of Brazil, Sao Paulo-based Valor Economico newspaper reported, citing data from real estate dealer Commercial Properties.
