Piramal Healthcare Gains After Unit Settles Patent Litigation

Piramal Healthcare Ltd. (PIHC) climbed in Mumbai trading after its unit Piramal Critical Care Inc. settled a patent litigation related to Baxter Healthcare Corp.’s Suprane or desflurane inhaled anesthetic agent.

The stock rose 1 percent to 364 rupees as of 9:17 a.m. local time.
